الشروط والأحكام
The store
- • The N's Shop is an independent reseller of footwear in Egypt. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized agent of the brands shown.
- • All products are genuine and brand new.
Accounts
- • Keep your sign-in details private, you're responsible for activity on your account.
- • Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.
Orders, pricing & availability
- • Prices are in Egyptian pounds and may change; the price at checkout is what you pay.
- • Stock shown is live, an item can sell out between browsing and checkout. We'll contact you if that happens.
Payments
- • Courier orders are prepaid by InstaPay transfer. Showroom pickup orders can be paid in cash.
- • We never ask for or store card numbers, banking passwords, or wallet PINs, only the transfer confirmation you upload.
Delivery & returns
- • We deliver across Egypt via courier; the fee is shown at checkout.
- • Returns, exchanges, and defect claims follow our Shipping & Returns policy, requests start from your order page.
Fair use
- • Site content, photos, text, and branding, belongs to The N's Shop or the respective brands; don't reuse it commercially.
Changes & contact
- • We may update these terms; the version and date are shown on this page.

المتجر
- • ذا إنز شوب بائع مستقل للأحذية في مصر. غير تابعين أو معتمدين أو وكلاء رسميين للعلامات المعروضة.
- • كل المنتجات أصلية وجديدة.
الحسابات
- • حافظ على سرية بيانات دخولك, أنت مسؤول عن نشاط حسابك.
- • إنشاء حساب لا يشتركك في أي عروض تسويقية.
الطلبات والأسعار والتوفر
- • الأسعار بالجنيه المصري وممكن تتغير؛ سعر إتمام الطلب هو اللي بتدفعه.
- • المخزون المعروض مباشر, المنتج ممكن يخلص بين التصفح والدفع. هنتواصل معاك لو ده حصل.
الدفع
- • طلبات الشحن بتتدفع مقدمًا بتحويل إنستاباي. طلبات الاستلام من المحل ممكن تتدفع كاش.
- • لا نطلب ولا نخزن أرقام بطاقات أو كلمات سر بنكية, فقط لقطة تأكيد التحويل اللي بترفعها.
التوصيل والإرجاع
- • بنوصل لكل مصر بشركات الشحن؛ الرسوم بتظهر عند إتمام الطلب.
- • الإرجاع والاستبدال وطلبات العيوب بتتبع سياسة الشحن والإرجاع, الطلبات بتبدأ من صفحة طلبك.
الاستخدام العادل
- • محتوى الموقع, الصور والنصوص والعلامة, ملك ذا إنز شوب أو العلامات المعنية؛ لا تستخدمه تجاريًا.
التعديلات والتواصل
- • ممكن نحدّث الشروط دي؛ النسخة والتاريخ موجودين في الصفحة دي.
- • عندك سؤال؟ كلمنا واتساب أو زرنا في المحل.
